In an effort to make the search for a Personal Attendant/ Caregiver easier, Alpha One provides this registry. The registry enables prospective caregivers to list their information. Consumers can search all listings or specify a county to narrow the search. Please note that all information posted will be available to any and all consumers who are looking for PA services.

Consumers will require a password to log-in. Please Note: This list is not intended to be an endorsement by Alpha One of any of the PA’s listed in the registry. It is the consumer’s responsibility as the employer to screen all applicants thoroughly. Background checks, typically conducted by a consumer’s fiscal intermediary, are generally required before a PA can begin work.
